Since 2002 credit unions have been the title sponsors for this over 50-year-old “bucket list” race known as the Runners Rite of Spring. By serving as the title sponsor, credit unions continue to foster a successful event, raise significant awareness about the difference credit unions make in the lives of consumers and our communities, and donate much-needed money to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals nationwide.
We are joined by more than 900 Capitol Hill staffers and legislators each year. In addition, more than 200 Members of Congress from across the country, the District of Columbia, and 3 U.S. Territories have supported the event as Honorary Race Chairs.
When a child is in the hospital, they need more than just world-class medical expertise. They need to imagine, play, and be creative. Funds raised through your support of the race benefit Children's Miracle Network Hospitals so kids can get the best care possible without giving up their childhood.

Collectively, credit unions across the nation have raised more than $180 million for local CMN Hospitals. This makes credit unions the 5th largest fundraiser in lifetime giving for CMN Hospitals.
